This diet is designed specifically with muscle growth in mind: It features a bulking phase, a cutting phase, and a maintenance phase. The bulking phase consists of 10 weeks of moderate, low-intensity training in which you gain muscle. During the Bulking Phase, you can consume up to three times that amount of carbohydrates. During the Bulking Phase, you can consume up to three times that amount of protein, bulking and cutting same cycle. During the Cutting Phase, you can consume up to five times that amount of protein. After three weeks in the Cutting Phase, you can consume up to five times that amount of carbohydrate.
